Payment of tickets
Pre-ordered tickets through our homepage can be paid through PayPal or credit card (through PayPal even without PayPal-account).
Number of tickets available are limited. You will receive an order number to your email. Save that number.
Your festival bracelet is your ticket
If you have bought a pre-ordered ticket you will get a bracelet at the entrance (when it is open) at the festival. Bring your ticket and a valid ID-card. Also please have in mind the mail you used for your order.
With your mail you will recieve a link to your ticket (with a QR-code). You can print it out and bring it along, or have it available on a phone and we will try to scan it at the entrance and change it for a bracelet. If this system does not work, your order number will be valid with ID.
More
If you have bought a pre-ordered 1-day ticket, it can only be collected on the day it is valid for at the festival entrance (when it opens).
The bracelet is only valid when worn as described (not possible to remove without breaking it). A broken bracelet is not valid. No refunds.
Wardrobe
The venues might have a wardrobe fee in addition to the entrance fee.
Behaviour and rules
The festival has the right to deny a visitor access to the festival area due to bad behaviour, being too drunk or similar. There are no refunds possible. This is non negotiable.
Alcohol/bar
The festival will have bar areas for people of ages 18 and up. Bring a valid ID to be sure to get in. Please note that people under 18 are not allowed in those areas and it means that SOME of the venues/performances are not accessible for people under 18. See program (when released) for details.
Children
We do not allow children under 3 years of age to concert areas and areas with sound performances. Parents are always responsible for their children.
Children ages 3-13 are not allowed to concert areas without hearing protection (ear muffs). This is due to Swedish laws.
Photo and film-cameras
Film cameras and advanced photo cameras are not allowed. Apply for permission/photo pass. Ask if unsure. Mobile phone cameras are allowed, but not for filming.
There are professional photographers at the venue. If you wish to bring a camera, you need to apply for a photo pass.
Please note that all performances might not be accessible for everyone with a 1 or 2-day ticket.
There will be limited amount of people allowed at each event in the program. Arrive in time if you want to be sure to get in to your favourite concert/performance. This is for security reasons.
The free entrance events in the festival program will also have a limited amount of visitors possible. Arrive in good time.
