With no small effort have we managed to lure dj gieph from the hospice to the world of the living! A gatekeeper without a cause, nor a gate or a fence in the Umeå underground since the 90s!

Med lock och pock har vi lyckats lura DJ gieph från terminalvården till de levandes värld! En gatekeeper utan vare sig grind eller staket i Umeås goth och synthkretsar sedan 90- talet.
Jätten has made electronic music since the midle of the nineties and been DJing since the begining of this milenium. He has played all around Scandinvia at clubs and festivals for electronic dancemusic. He is one of the founders of the much apreciated local DJ Collective Liquid Sky, that arranges technoparties in Umeå on a montly basis.
Jätten has a quite wide repertoire as a DJ and plays an eclectic mix of music from different eras and parts of the world. What he plays depends on the event amd since this is Uma Obscura will there of course be a lot of electro, but quite likely also bass music, urban folk, mashups and classic techno and house in the mix.

Jätten har skapat elektronisk musik sen mitten av 90talet och DJ’at sen millennieskiftet. Han har spelat runtom i skandinavien på klubbar och festivaler för elektronisk dansmusik och är en av grundarna till den mycket uppskattade kulturföreningen Liquid Sky, som anordnar dansfester varje månad i Umeå. Jätten har en väldigt bred repertoar och blandar gärna musik från olika scener, världsdelar och epoker i sina DJ-set.
Vad som spelas beror mycket på sammanhanget, men t.ex. Så är brittisk dansmusik med mycket bas, elektronisk urban folkmusik, mashups och techno, house från 80/90tal em vanliga krydd i hans musikaliska mix. Då detta är Uma Obscura så kommer det garanterat också bli en hel del synth och electro!
