Dark-groove-mood drill training, working with a mix of dance moves from both contemporary urban styles as well as old school fusion, folkloric/afro style techniques. The main focus is the groove, grounding and finding your own core, bounce and expression via deep connection with the music and your body. From there, lead into your own creativity. The playlist will be featuring lots of heavy drums and viking inspired dark new age.

Dark Groove är en workshop där vi arbetar med en blandning av dansrörelser från både samtida urbana stilar såväl som old school fusion och folklore/afrostilar. Huvudfokus är  ”groovet”. Genom grundning och att finna sitt eget uttryck via en djupare koppling till musiken och kroppen leder det vidare in i den egna kreativiteten. Spellistan kommer innehålla massor av tunga trummor och vikingainspirerad dark new age.
